Rigging activities must be conducted under the direct supervision of the venue's head of rigging. Unauthorized rigging is strictly prohibited.
All staff must wear proper safety personal protective equipment (PPE) while in the venue during production. Non-compliance will result in fines.
In the FOH area known as the Oasis, the entry of large trucks or heavy machinery beyond the gates is forbidden. Driving over any interlocked areas is also strictly prohibited.
Any rebranding of outdoor kiosks requires prior approval from venue management. The original structure must remain undamaged, and all added elements should be removed during dismantling.
Venue assets must not be moved or altered in any form without prior notification and approval from venue management.
Trucks are not allowed beyond the loading bay into the main hall. Trolleys must be used to transport items from the loading bay throughout the venue.
Indoor welding and carpentry are not permitted unless the structure cannot be moved through the loading bay after assembly. Such work can be carried out in the Back of House (BOH) area.
Stepping on or damaging landscaped areas, including grass, flower beds, and other greenery, is strictly prohibited. Use designated pathways and avoid placing any equipment on these areas to prevent damage.
